Holi is a major festival based on Hindu mythology. Holika is the sister of Hiranyakashyapu, the king of demons, who has the gift of not being burned by fire. According to the order of his brother Hiranyakashyap, Holika himself was burnt in the fire, but nothing happened to the child Prahlad who was a devotee of God Vishnu. Holi is also known as the festival of colors and Fagu depending on places and different community.
