Mardi Himal is a 5,587 m peak under the famous Fishtail in the Annapurna range of Nepal. This footpath is an excellent short route for Mountain View, Sunrise, and Trekking opened in 2012. Many trekking companies organize Mardi Himal treks, but for those who want to go there on their own, it is easy to reach Mardi High Camp as there are many hotels.

Itinerary

There are many ways to go to Mardi Himal and they are the main ones. This itinerary is for Nepalis only and will be for foreign tourists according to the trekking agency. Be careful - Those who do not have travel experience should not travel alone or at night.
  1. Day 1 Pokhara to Phedi by car 2 hours - Dampus - Forest camp or Pokhara to Kande - Australian camp - Forest camp 2600m 6 to 8 hours
  2. Day 2 Forest camp to Mardi Low camp 3000m 6 to 8 hours
  3. Day 3 Mardi low camp to Mardi High camp 3580m 4 to 6 hours
  4. Day 4 Mardi high camp to Viewpoint and back to Siding 7 to 9 hours
  5. Day 5 Siding to Pokhara by Jeep 3 hours
Or you can reverse it likewise 
  • Day 1 Pokhara to Siding by jeep 3 hours  and  Mardi high camp 3580m 6 to 8 hours 
  • Day 2 Mardi high camp to the viewpoint and back to Mardi low camp
  • Day 3 Mardi low camp to Forest camp 2600m
  • Day 4 Forest camp to Dampus or Australian camp
  • Day 5 Dhampus or Australian camp to Pokhara around 2 hours by car
you can do it in just 2 days but your walking performance must be pro-level and you have to hire a jeep or a motorbike for saving time.
  • Day 1 Pokhara - Hemja - Siding by Jeep and Mardi high camp. (You must move early morning)
  • Day 2 Mardi high camp to viewpoint and back to Siding then Pokhara. (You may get Pokhara late evening)
